Award-winning Filipino catering outfit The Adobros, based in London, come down to Louie on Sea in Margate. Back by popular demand after a fantastic dinner last year, The Adobros, headed up by chef Mark, return for a late May weekend of delicious eats and fantastic beats as part of their 2026 Summer Series. A four-course meal introduces the culinary delights of the Philippines: sinigang reimagined as gazpacho, kinilaw raw fish crudo, pork belly adobo, a heritage tomato coconut-vinegar ensalada, and leche flan. Vegan alternatives are available (please specify when booking). Dean Thatcher and Ricky Cox play the Terrazza decks from 6pm to sunset.
