Red Rebel Collective E-Bike and Bike Ride to Flints CIC

10.30am - 12.30pm They have a really exciting ride planned for women that would like support with menopause or periods. They are going to meet for tea at Ride Margate where you can borrow an E-Bike for the ride (10 available) or you are welcome to come on a regular bike. They are going to be joined by Lisa from Red Rebel Collective who will be sharing all of her knowledge and courses that support women through premenstrual health. They will be ending the ride at the Flints Kiosk to meet Newton who will be sharing her upcoming sessions and tea recipes. This is a women only ride and will be a wonderful opportunity to meet a supportive network in Thanet and the facilitators who are running workshops locally. You need to be 14 to ride an E-Bike. Please let them know if you'd like to borrow an Ebike for this ride.
