For anyone who needs an inner re-tune, at Margate Yoga Studio
About this event
Start time: 4pm
A sumptuous invitation to let go and be carried by soothing sound. Like a big sonic hug, be embraced by healing tones of gong, bowls, voice, chimes and more.
This is a sound experience designed to hold you in rest, allow the body to melt away aches and pains, and the mind to have a well-deserved break.
