Home Education Day at Powell-Cotton - Nocturnal

10am - 2pm 10am - 11am is a quiet hour Quex and the Powell-Cotton Museum warmly welcome the home-educating community with special term-time days. More Home Education Days: Thursday 26th November: Festive Craft The first hour of all Home Educator Days has been set aside as a quiet hour, designed for families with SEND. This calmer time has fewer visitors and provides a supportive environment for families and groups with SEND to enjoy their visit. Feedback helps to tailor visits to meet the children’s learning needs, ensuring the Museum is an enjoyable and enriching experience for everyone. The Museum will be closed to the public and open only for the Home Education group. • To join the craft activity, please purchase a Craft Admission ticket. • To take part in the Home Education Day without the craft, please purchase a Standard Admission ticket. Friday Opening Quex and Powell-Cotton will also be open each Friday from 21st February to 31st October 2026. Although these are not exclusively for home-educating families, they are another opportunity to include a visit to our Museum within the home-learning programme.
