Meet Natcracker the Elf, the North Pole’s most enthusiastic employee and, according to several strongly worded complaints, possibly its most accident-prone! She may be brilliant at spreading Christmas cheer, but following instructions is another matter entirely. When one particularly clumsy catastrophe threatens to turn Christmas into a complete festive flop, Natcracker needs help to sort out her spectacular mess before Santa arrives!
