Breathe, build heat, let it go!
with Fern Leonard & Jo Sloane
Join in for a powerful and nurturing evening that begins with movement and ends in deep, delicious rest.
You’ll begin with Ashtanga Slow Down; a 40 minute breath-led practice, inspired by the Ashtanga tradition.
You’ll then soften into 20 minutes of restorative longer holds, allowing the body to unwind and release.
From there, Jo will guide you into a blissful Savasana, where you’ll be bathed in healing sounds from a rich array of instruments in a deeply immersive multi-instrumental sound bath. Let the vibrations wash over you, calm your mind and restore your whole being.
Come as you are. Leave feeling replenished.
